1. Cancellation by Customer

A. Flight Bookings:

• Refundable Tickets: Cancellation allowed with airline-specific penalties (varies by carrier).
• Non-Refundable Tickets: No refund, but partial credit may be available (subject to airline policy).

B. Tour Packages (Hotels, Transfers, Tours):

• 30+ Days Before Departure: 90% refund (10% processing fee).
• 15-29 Days Before Departure: 50% refund.
• 0-14 Days Before Departure: No refund.

Note: Some hotels/partners may impose stricter policies—check at booking.

2. Cancellation by Mark Us Travel

• If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), customers will receive:
  ✔ Full refund (processed within 14 business days), OR
  ✔ Alternative travel dates/vouchers (customer’s choice).

3. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@markustravel.com.
• Processing time: 7–14 business days (varies by payment method).
• Refunds will be issued via original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).

4. No-Shows & Early Departures

• No refunds for unused services (flights, hotels, tours) due to no-shows or early trip termination.

5. Visa Rejections

• If a visa is rejected, refunds depend on non-refundable costs (e.g., flights, embassy fees).
• We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover such risks.

6. Changes to Bookings

• Date/Name Changes: Subject to fees (varies by airline/hotel).
• Package Downgrades: Refund difference minus penalties.

7. Force Majeure

No refunds for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., pandemics, wars, strikes), except as required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes will be resolved amicably.
• Unresolved issues may be escalated to Pakistan’s consumer protection authorities.
